We start by listening. Tell us which dock position is giving trouble, perhaps a dock leveler that will not hold at grade or an overhead door that binds in its track. We ask a few questions about the equipment, your shipping schedule and when the dock can come out of service. Then we set a visit that keeps downtime as short as the job allows.
