About Loading Dock Repair Scranton
We are a small loading dock repair company working at warehouses, distribution centers, plants and receiving docks across Scranton. The people who first look at your dock leveler or overhead door are the same people who come back to fix it and check it afterward.

Why we keep the crew small
Dock equipment rarely fails all at once. A leveler lip starts to hang, a hydraulic cylinder weeps a little oil, a door spring loses tension after a winter of heavy cycling. Catching those early signs depends on someone remembering what the equipment looked like last time, and that is hard when a different technician shows up on every visit.
So we stay small on purpose. The person who walks your dock on the first visit writes the estimate, does the work and answers your questions once it is finished. Your receiving manager deals with one crew instead of a dispatcher and a rotation of new faces, and nothing gets lost between the assessment and the repair. That holds whether the job is dock levelers, vehicle restraints, rolling grilles or a full round of equipment installation.
It shapes how we schedule, too. We plan work around your shipping and receiving windows, take one door or position out of service at a time where the layout allows, and tell you before we start how long each bay will be down. Less downtime comes from planning, not rushing.
How we work at your facility
- 01
The same people every step
One crew does the inspection, the repair and the follow-up visit. Call us months later and you will talk to someone who has already seen your dock.
- 02
Estimates broken out item by item
Your written estimate lists parts apart from labor and says what each item fixes. When repair is the smarter choice over replacement, we tell you, and we share photos of what we saw.
- 03
Finishing the job properly
We cone off the work area, cover the floor and the apron, and remove grease, packaging and old hardware when we are done. Welds are ground smooth, anchors are tightened correctly and exposed steel is repainted so it lasts through wet weather.
- 04
Safety comes first
No one goes under a leveler until it sits on its maintenance strut, and doors are locked out before work starts. If a restraint or door now operates differently, we show your staff what changed.
Where we work
We serve facilities throughout Scranton and nearby communities, including Dunmore, Old Forge, Taylor, Moosic, Dickson City, Olyphant, Throop, Newton, South Abington and Pittston. Keeping our work close means the crew that installs your overhead doors or high speed doors can come back easily for preventative maintenance, and the history of your equipment stays with people who have seen it firsthand.
